I was fine with moving on from Mc, not fine with the Wade hire. Was good with anyone, but. Really hope he’s grown as a coach, but if the Texas game was any indicator, he hasn’t. With 12-15m he should have no excuse but to finish top 3 in the SEC next year with that kind of money.

These people have been literally obsessing over a Wade reunion for over half a decade and finally got it. Any kind of logic or reasoning was tossed out the window a while ago. So…. Yes, Wade can win big in this conference.

Will Wade has made the NCAA tournament every single year since year 2 at LSU. At LSU, At McNeese, and at NC State. All 3 programs were trash in the years leading up to Wade being hired. How many NCAA tournaments did LSU go to in the 5 years leading up to Wade being hired and in the years post Wade?

So….. just stop with the “he can’t win big and can’t win in this conference”!

Jump on board or go support some other losing program, because LSU is going to be a perennial NCAA tournament team now.

Totally different college landscape and totally different conference than it was back then. He couldn't finish top 5 in a top heavy ACC, but yeah let's bring up something that happened 6-7 years ago. This is a totally different game now, you've got a massive wave of European players coming in from all over, and 25 year old freshman. So far, in this era, Will Wade has struggled. He got outcoached by every coach that was worth a damn in the ACC as a matter of fact, and went 1-3 against SEC teams...all losses to Texas.
