Downvoted to hell just because you're you - what you say doesn't matter!
At least you're not the only one upvoting your own posts anymore...

State has been a thorn in our side to say the least over the past 8 years or so. Before that it was always an automatic W no different than the G5 OOC games.

Definitely not the case now. They are to be taken very serious and a win here would be great for momentum.

I have no idea what to expect Saturday night. Miss St has certainly been more impressive than LSU this season, in almost every phase of the game, but that has no bearing to how the game will play out.

Are you scared of Leach’s offense?

Well that depends on whether you think Miss St is better than FSU. I don't know but I think we will be a better team against Miss St, so I expect LSU to win a close win with a winning FG.

Go watch the long highlight for MSU/AZ on YouTube. State is solid but beatable. Reasonable to expect a close game & a shootout at that.

Convince me that this won’t be a double digit Miss St. victory.

Our dumpster fire team beat them last year and MSU had 3 points at half. Play disciplined and get a few breaks in the red zone and LSU can certainly win this game.

Obviously you’ve already convinced yourself so why should anyone try to change mind.

Sweetie - do you rely on tigerdroppings upvotes/downvotes to manage your self esteem?

The absolute weakness displayed by some of you - you included - is pathetic. Toughen up. Or get your boyfriend to wipe your tears.

From the outside looking in, I circled 6 games that I liked this week and #1 on that list is Mississippi State LOSING to LSU.

Look guys, you are a much better team that you think RIGHT NOW. You are at HOME. You now start your SEC schedule and your team is ready to PROVE they are not the black sheep. They are HUGRY for this win. This is a MUST WIN game for Chip Kelly in terms of righting the ship.

I think it will be a blood bath and Mississippi State will drown in it!!

I can't convince myself let alone someone else. Our secondary is going to get eat up. The only hope I have is containment in the red zone and hold them to a FG, but we have to match their FG's with 7 points.

We will run a three man front
It will consist of Roy and Gaye for sure. I don’t think they put ojulari on the los with his hand in the dirt. We need to get savion jones out there too . He was hell for southern to handle.

My point is that we can get pressure with three. Gaye and Roy are legit nfl future studs. I’ve seen mocks that have Roy going in the top 10

MSU has the same QB as last year. We beat them last year. We have a better team this year.
Not sure where the angst is coming from.
I will probably be a shoot out but I think LSU gets enough drive killing sacks/turnovers to give us the ball 2-3 times more than MSU and we get the win.

41-38 Tigers.
