Bad look that they hired him if they knew what was in his file. I can't imagine that they didn't know what was in his file. If they didn't, poor due diligence.

Give me the Cliff Notes here...if Aleva knew about this and wanted to fire Miles for cause in ‘13, who pulled him off ?
