Les as an AD is just a horrific idea, I don't know why people keep bringing it up.

What is Joe's crowning achievement? Les has at least hired successful coaches before. I would settle for any new AD. However I do not think Les is somehow a downgrade from Joe by any means.

Les is a class act. Jamal asked him to be there because Les recruited him and had great personal success with Les as his coach. Les is not trying to steal the spotlight, just honoring a coaching relationship with one of his star players. Just that simple. And, for what it's worth, I thought Les should have been gone at the end of '15 but I still think the guy was and is a great representative for our program. Let it go bro!

Joe has effectively wasted a football and basketball season this year, along with helping to make next year's football schedule even more of a bitch after the Florida debacle. I'm not even going to get into that joke of a head coaching search. He needs to go....but is supposedly well liked so I won't get my hopes up there.
