Thank you for posting the audio!!

Like we said during his show, he did exactly what he should have done.

I was wondering if Tim knew about TD.

I'm tired of Dumbasses saying we wouldn't have won Oregon with JJ as qb. Lee threw for 98 frickin yards

no interception, no sacks that put the offense in a bind, a total qb managed game. A couple sacks here and there and the offense is in a total different situation. and don't say there wouldn't have been any. WESTERN F'N KENTUCKY got a safety.

Myself, I'm more concerned that the QB switch may disrupt our offensive production. With Lee, opponents must respect both the running and passing games. With Jefferson, the advantage we gain due to his mobility is somewhat negated by his deficiencies in the passing department.

I'm willing to bet that Coach Miles is smart enough as a head coach to have factored all "relevant" concerns such as yours...Along with many others, THAT "WE" as fans aren't privy to, into his decision making process.

So Relax...and enjoy the ride!

and you honestly think it has NOTHING to do with just who he personally prefers? The person who he has constantly pushed as the qb of the team? The person who he has invested so much time in trying to show the fans who he thinks is the best?

If JJ had those stats you'd say he handcuffed the offense.

LOL!

Quite the opposite...I think it has EVERYTHING to do with who he personally prefers. And as HEAD COACH, that's his DECISION...that's the decisions that LSU pays him 7 figures to make!

And YES, I honestly think he bases that decision on who gives the team the best chance to win.

You can argue the point all you want and throw out "some" objective stats. But the fact is, this is largely a subjective decision.

It's like arguing with someone as to what's the better ice cream flavor, vanilla or chocolate (NO PUN INTENDED)

It's a matter of OPINION...
It's Coach Miles's Party, he gets to pick what flavor of "Ice Cream" we get served....DEAL WITH IT!

The same person he suspended indefinitely?

Get over this "but he's his favorite" garbage. It's a waste of time.

During "Lunch with Les" on Monday, Miles said he absolutely did not withhold Lee for disciplinary reasons. He was not at all vague about it, as he has been in other cases.

I've also been extremely critical of the way, in the past, Les has let JL drive the offense down the field and then replaced him with JJ as soon as they were within 10 yards of the endzone.

This is just a figment of peoples imagination, please list every time this has happened since 2008. Ive done my research and i know when people post this they are full of crap and have zero idea of what they are talking about.

I heard about that.

I was referring to how some posters are saying, "Well JJ is his fav. See? That's what we've been saying all along, he's going to start, blah blah blah...." I wish some people would knock this crap off and just cheer for the team.

Well, it's been reported by way too many people that generally don't run with rumors that Lee was being punished so the rest of your post is pretty much garbage.

Hanigriff stated on 1420 today that Lee did in fact cut classes the previous week and therefore his pt was cut. Not speculation. This is a known fact on campus.

So the defense lets the wku drive the length of the feild. Then we run a qb sneak, then run up the middle with ford, then force JJ to throw while he is in the back of the endzone. Please tell me how any qb could be successful in the situation?

Anyway, for the life of me I don't know what the big freaking deal is with who started at QB vs. WKU or who got more playing time. It was a go through the motions game and a time to check out certain players/rest certain players. imo

That's what I think too.

I honestly don't care who starts either. Just getting sick of the people that are crying that JJ is now the starter even though they have no clue. And these same people saying that Les is an idiot or is treating Lee unfairly for starting JJ, even though we don't know shite.

And you are also somehow convinced that Lee has lots his starting role as if it's fact.

Let's just see how things play out for fricks sake.

?

Care to elaborate...As to what you're referring?

Coach Miles?

The Caller?

The QB controversy?

Something I said?

Something someone else said?

Something else....

So if JJ starts this week will it be, "Who gives a shite? Les knew we could beat Ole Miss by 40 with TBob at QB. It doesn't mean JJ is the starter."?

He isn't interested in showing the fans who's best. He wants to win the games for all his players and all LSU supporters. Maybe he does favor Jefferson, but if he does, it is because he believes, with more evidence than we have, that Jefferson is the best opportunity to win ball games. He would rather have Lee take a few snaps and enjoy his contributions to a winning team than force Lee out there, at times when he is more comfortable with JJ, and have Lee take a loss (with the rest of the team.)

Being 1b or 2 at QB but still taking snaps is not a slap in the face to Lee anymore than it is a slap in the face to the #2 RB or the #4 WR. It is what it is.

Les isn't the type of coach to force a player in to "prove the fans wrong." If so, Jefferson would have been the starting QB as soon as he came back. And Lee would have had more starting opportunities after 2008.
