I love Leonard Fournette. He will succeed in the future on grand scale in whatever he does. That trophy is nothing compared to the human being he is.

He had ONE game where he rushed for less than 90 yards. Amazing that he didn't even get an invitation. Something tells me this will only fuel him in the offseason.

You gotta think he improves in year 3.

I haven't seen any evidence from this coaching staff that makes me feel warm and fuzzy about "next year".

Because of the cancelled McNeese game, according to Les.

As bad as it sucks, this is the best case scenario looking forward.
More time to focus on the bowl game and then he'll have a HUGE chip on his shoulder for next year for our championship run!

Les just takes his best player and runs him into the ground in order to get the 8 or 9 wins he needs to keep the scam going.

Well, Derrick Henry's last 7 games he had carries of 26, 27, 32, 28, 38, 22, 9, 46, 44.

He survived ok.

Part of it is the ESPN bama dickriding. ESPN got them snuck into the NCG even though we beat them and won conference.

The minute bama beat us they replaced all their Leonard graphics with that bama guy.

What a total injustice. He set the single season LSU rushing record with almost no complimentary passing game, and he often did it by running by or over half of the opposing team. Meanwhile, Henry is in a balanced offense and gallops through holes large enough to accommodate a tank.

One game didn't hurt him. When Les got his bell rung in Tuscaloosa and never came out his corner to change or coach these kids up the rest of the year is what lost it.

Bugga is the same Freak of Nature and will redeem himself.
