The line already did drop and immediately went back up.

It opened as -1.5 ole miss then went to -3 LSU.

Any line movement this far from kickoff is public money. Sharps go in right before game time, that’s when the line movement is worth watching.

This just means that the general public heard the news, rushed to their favorite betting app, and threw down 20 bucks on the Rebs. The sharks were waiting for the blood to hit the water once the line moved and they bet it back up to 2.5.
