If I'd flown to Green Bay that year, I would have been homicidal

Sigh. I was there. For the "unveiling" of the revolutionary, open new offense.

That game changed everything. The melt on here was something else.

Absolutely was... Cubs game at Wrigley the year they won the World Series, Miller Brewery tour, Lambeau Field. And then there was Les Miles and Cam Cameron...

Don't think I've ever been as pissed as I was walking out of Lambeau that night.

Standing in the stands in Green Bay watching that offense I could've never foreseen this season. Fast forward to standing in the stadium soaking it all in last night such an incredible journey.

True Tiger fans have definitely been through some crazy highs and lows.

I put it all on Les Miles- he overstayed his welcome at LSU!! But, I am not going to start getting angry about the past- let's just enjoy the fact that everything fell into place for this team and the coaches we have today!

If you would have told me 3 years ago that we would score 63 points in a playoff game, I would have called you crazy. It's unbelievable how far we've come since then.

As a neutral observer, this season is a huge indictment against miles.

Yes burrow is the best qb you’ve ever had, but LSU has squandered great offensive skill position talent for years running a 1960s offense. Good QBs were never developed, and I’m sure many top flight qb recruits passed on LSU due to miles’ philosophy.

Les Miles should have adapted to some type of modern offense years ago.

That game helped a lot of fence riders recognize that Miles not only needed to be fired, but that on a personal level, it was going to be good fricking riddance.

That his persona just covered a bluntly dishonest person

I know how you felt that day, i was there also. I have never seen so many pissed off LSU fans in one place. Remember standing outside Lambeau Field afterwards and talking to many fans saying Miles must go. I remember telling my son at halftime if i was the AD i would fire his arse.

I probably would have started running over Mile makers just at the sight of the word

I saved up and went to that game with my brother. Had very good seats, met Kevin Mawae before the game, and thought we were going to whip that arse. The only thing that kept me from a total meltdown was that the Wisconsin fans were pretty cool after the game and then Miles getting fired. Watching Brandon Harris try and go through reads and throw the ball and now with Burrow seems as night and day as it gets.

All of this. Don’t know that I’ve ever been as angry.

Brandon Harris was the starting QB in that game.

We’ve come a long way.
