My unpopular opinion is that he plays scared. He's just not a very tough football player and he's scared of getting hit/hurt. I can't necessarily blame him...I wouldn't want to take a big hit either. But, he's an SEC QB.

I wouldn’t say he isn’t tough.

But I would say he lacks any semblance of confidence in his O-line and I don’t blame him

Tell me where you saw the flaws in that Bama team, sir! That Bama team is going to absolutely destroy this very much FLAWED LSU team.

Ole Miss is a 3-4 loss team.

Bama, A&M, and OU are all going to kick our arse

Are you watching this team? LSU is in trouble for rest of year with schedule.

Are you watching the rest of the SEC? None of the teams strike fear. We lost on the road to a well coached ole miss team. We didn’t lose to Arkansas or Kentucky. also we were in the game all the way to the end.

Now if they lose to any team on the schedule the rest of the way not named A&M Bama or Oklahoma then it’s over for sure.

I agree. While we are a flawed team, I think we got Ole Miss’ best game and we played our worst.

Look around the country, there is a lot of flaws.

Unfortunately, OM showed everyone else that you can drop 8 and Sloan and Nuss won’t adjust.

And Ole Miss had a putrid run defense coming into this game.

Is it just me or did it look like every ball he threw was a duck floating out there? He usually throws harder than that.

He looked absolutely defeated on the bench near the end of the game. So many bad decisions and wasted plays.

Play calling was shite too, again.

Georgia lost wire to wire at home vs a flawed bama team

Penn state also lost at home.

Reality is we lost on the road by 5 to a top 13 team in the country.

Having said that, serious conversations need to happen about nuss. He is flat out hurting the team if he’s playing hurt. Theirs no threat of the deep ball with him and he still makes a stupid mistake per game . I truly think a fully healthy van buren with his arm and mobility gives us a better chance to win then a clearly less than 100 percent nuss

Time to move on. Still confident we can make the playoff.

This isn't a computer game. Everything that matters will be determined by humans, and humans who watched that game know we are fake.

We have a terrible OL
We have a lame duck (maybe injured) QB
We have the worst playcaller in the Power 4

We have a good but not great defense that cannot carry the terrible offense

It doesn't matter that we "only lost by 5" - we are terrible and everyone knows it.

Kelly isn’t capable of coaching in this era. The game has passed him by quickly. This era is a beast as far as the transfer portal. He can’t adapt.

Didn’t he just get the highest rated portal class?

No one in the SEC is going undefeated. But there is a mile wide difference between other offenses and coaching staffs vs LSU. that is and will be the difference maker for the rest of the season.

If it were late October early November I’d be throwing in the towel saying they are who they are but it’s only September. Teams across the country improve so let’s give it more time and see.

Perfect time for a bye then a home game vs a lower tier SEC team to get right before a road game vs a mid tier SEC team then it’s nut cutting time when the Aggies come to town.

Far from over! Let’s hope for a rematch vs the rebs in Atlanta.

I’m as down on BK as anyone. But this is wrong.

The portal is the one area he’s done really well.

This seems so overblown. He looks A LOT like he did last year against teams with a pulse. The guy melts down and plays very frantically.

If Nuss won't run, it's time to take a look at Van Buren. Same thing if Nuss is truly injured. No one is bigger than the team. We better find some semblance of a run game in the next two weeks.
