No one is saying Jefferson was as good of a runner as Daniels, but he was far from "unathletic"

The best example of Jordan Jefferson’s athleticism is when he threw that ridiculous shovel pass interception against Bama in the BCS championship. He cutoff the big Bama linebacker, grabbed him around his torso, and threw him to the ground. It looked like a lion catching a gazelle. The linebacker was seriously injured IIRC.

Many fans tend to associate a black quarterback with being a dual-threat quarterback.

Yes, Bryce Underwood, the $12m QB / former LSU commit ( there needs to be another term ) had a horrible game last week. Hardly any yds on the ground

In the November 16, 2024 game against LSU, Florida quarterback DJ Lagway's rushing statistics were 13 rushes for 114 yards, according to this news release from 2024.

Wherever you got that, you should never use that site again. Florida had 113 yards rushing in total. DJ Lagway had 0 carries for 0 yards.

Hahahahaha, ashamed to admit I was one of them that just assumed opposing teams had no chance of turning two with him running

He’s definitely a threat. LSU fans are so weird with this shite.

As a passer yes. Lagway would rather beat you with his arm. Can he scramble if need be? Yes but he's not the type to produce explosive plays with his legs. He's not a Marcel Reed caliber of QB & you know that Lester. Klubnik was more of a threat with his legs than Lagway is.

You have to account for it in a game plan. Unlike Nussmeier

Well, if I had to try to explain it to you, you would not understand.

Right now I feel pretty confident about our front seven getting him restless and the DB's getting INT's

9 rushes for 12 yds this year

Heck, Nuss is more of a "dual threat" than that. He's run 7 times for 25 yards this year (3.6 yd/carry). Only problem with Nuss is that the yards have been in the wrong direction.

He’s much more of a pocket passer than a dual threat. Perkins is going to feast.
