Only loss on the year was to the team with 10 all Americans. We’ll find out if we’re worthy of a 1 seed this upcoming week

We still have three difficult games ahead-- Tennessee, @ Texas and @ Kentucky. Gotta be concerned after tonight's shaky performance

Lackluster performance. But it’s a win so that’s all that matters. On to the next one.

Texas beat Mizzou by 9 last week. Tennessee beat Mizzou by 5 on Sunday, they just beat UCONN. Tonight doesn't matter.

Not really.

True enough, I would say 4 with Alabama.

Tennessee

We beat them at their house, I think we can beat them in the PMAC.

That is going to be a tough one. But judging by common opponents this looks like a win to me.

@ Kentucky

I think they win that one, maybe even pretty handily.

LSU is going to have to win out in the regular season to earn a 1 seed. Top 3 are cemented in with UCLA, South Carolina, and Notre Dame.

With the UConn and USCw losing recently, the last 1 seed is up for grabs. Going to be close but I think USCw gets it because they will penalize LSU for their non-conference schedule.

I don’t even think winning out would garner a #1 seed.

Then again maybe now that Politico has been exposed it will shake some trees from the SC journalists crime syndicate.

*whispering* We know you are a partner university. You can’t hide anymore.

Who cares

Just get a top 3 seed and I’m confident mulkey can work her magic to get to an elite 8 tbh

That'll be tricky imo. Strack has developed really well. She's not Kitley good but is much better than last year when she fouled out in 5 mins against us. They're real big up front too. Have three girls averaging over 8 rebounds a game. Brooks barely ever subs though so you can wear them down, that's how we stormed back on his Va Tech team in the final 4.

UCONN lost tonight but next week will somehow be ahead of the Lady Tigers . UCONN now has 3 losses while LSU has 1 against South Carolina.

Kentucky is pretty much a team of VT players. Their new coach has done good job in his 1st year in SEC. He took 6 players with him from VT. Many games this year, 4 of 5 starters are VT transfers. Georgia Amoore is their 3-point shooter who is scary good. Big 4 will have to lock her down. That game sold out.

that would be extreme bias. They just lost to UT and if we go and beat UT for the second time this weekend and we’re still ranked behind them then it’s glaring. LSU only has 1 loss and plays in a tougher conference

We’re borderline 1-2 seed rn and can play ourselves into a 1 seed by next week with a win over #4 Texas. The top 3 1s may be locked up but we control our own destiny for one of those spots

I’m thinking elite 8 is very doable for this team , depending on the matchup, possibly final 4.

Be nice if they had a point guard that can shoot the ball.

Was looking at LSU's schedule and other teams NET summaries. I don't think it will happen because the schedule is brutal to finish the year. But if LSU wins out in the regular season, they are a lock for a 1 seed. 6-0 to end the season would put LSU at 9-1 vs Q1, the second best Q1 winning % in the country and the 3nd most total Q1 wins. The H2H win over Texas, and finishing +2 games in the standings should give LSU the edge over UT.

5-1 to finish and a win over Texas might be enough too. This is based on USCe going undefeated vs Texas and UConn.

USCw still has to play UCLA 2x and Ohio State. Likely they'll drop 2 more games.
