After a few L's and out any contention but the Independence Bowl, it'll be a light crowd. Sit anywhere in the Lower South End-zone down by UGA band, make sure you save some of your phone battery to take a few pics of the celebration after.

Well hell, why are we even playing them? Gotta love true Tiger Fans!

To get the full tiger Stadium experience you will want to get seats in the lower section which are within reach of the Tiger Air Corps advanced urine- balloon propulsion systems.

Pay no attention to the whiny bitches on here. You’ll love the experience in Tiger Stadium. It’s one of the best in the SEC. Half the assholes on here haven’t actually been to a game there in a decade.

And Neck is awesome.

It means that Tiger Stadium had the greatest band and chants with traditions in all of college football and our scrotumless administration is so alarmed that someone may be offended by the chants and fandom that they have neutered the band and do not allow them to be involved in the game like they once were. Tiger Stadium at one time was the greatest sports atmosphere in the world until the PC culture destroyed it.

While I ultimately have sympathies for your sentiment (as a former Tiger Bandsmen, I have not liked what I’ve observed with the band playing less and more blaring of music on the PA), I don’t think your analysis is quite right.

The situation really has nothing to do with current “PC culture.” Yes, the band is not allowed to play “Neck,” due to the immaturity of the student section wanting to yell “suck that Tiger D***,” but I’d hardly attribute that to a change in culture. If anything, modern culture seems to be more permissive of that. I mean, can you imagine that being shouted in Tiger Stadium in 1950’s?!

Regardless, TB has plenty of songs in their repertoire other than Neck. The issue seems to be something that is going on across the country. There are a number of people who seem to want pre-recorded music and don’t appreciate the college traditions that exist in college football. While the overall LSU fan base does not seem to be as inclined to dismiss the band (see the year it was originally declared a pep band would not travel to the game at Washington and after fan uproar, they finally allowed a band to go), it does seem that there are enough people in decision-making positions at LSU who are not really versed in LSU traditions and seem inclined to make decisions that many others at other colleges are making in response declining attendance due to the attractiveness of watching at home in HD and surround sound. These decision-makers that are not immersed in LSU traditions seem to think blaring music in the speakers will attract more people to the game (not recognizing that the typical LSU college sports fan/college sports fan in general really prefers the traditions of college sports and doesn’t want NCAA football to turn into the NFL).

Go back to the mid-80s. No one left at halftime back then and even though the stadium was smaller it was always full and the fans were rocking the whole game.

Southeast part of stadium. You'll have big allotment, so will have both lower and upper options. We open up a high$ and nice chunk of the stadium for visitors.

Behind Virginia Tech, Texas A&M is the worst.

BTW, the PIM is going to stop one way or the other.........
