He’s 100% correct.
Look at 2019 - now widely regarded as the best team in history. If Burrow doesn’t nail that 3rd & 17 against Texas, that game could’ve ended differently. Then we barely squeaked by Auburn by 3 points. Then we had a tough game against Bama, winning by 5 - and Tua was playing injured that game (21 days after ankle surgery).
A championship season takes a little luck. Sometimes the breaks go your way, sometimes they don’t. And when you’ve got dozens of new guys in a new system, plus several key injuries, you don’t always get the breaks your way.
