Got damn baws and bawettes! They did it.
I'm proud of this team today. Sure, they drove me crazy early on, but dammit they fought their asses off after being down 7 to come back and win by 7. What a great win for this team. Hopefully they can build off of it.

Yes, this team is FAR from perfect. It has real flaws. But they played their asses off to battle back in this one. They wanted it and they took it. That deserves some respect.

That was one of the best LSU baseball games in recent memory. It had it all. An epic comeback victory, a bunch of timely hitting, all kinds of wild plays, went over 4.5 hours, fans getting rowdy, a ton of talent in the stands (strong work btw Mr. Cameraman), beautiful weather, a ton of shite talking between the teams, and, the cherry on top, Coach Jay Johnson challenging the opposing pitching coach to throw hands to see who got the squabs right in the middle of a game.

Okay. We are 4-5 in the SEC and you have to hope we got our swagger back and some guys got their groove back.
It won’t be easy but it’s not impossible: going 13-8 puts us at 17-13 and 12-9 puts us at 16-14. Win a couple games in Hoover and we for sure host a Regional. I don’t think we can make getting a national seed but hell, we can win a Super on the road.
I’m not canceling my Omaha reservations yet.
