Just wait until Kelly's recruiting restocks the cupboard. This is so glorious. It's so awesome. LSU finally has a tactically gifted coach.

While watching the game tonight, I was wondering how the hell we were competing with a Bama program that recruits at the most elite level every year. It's obvious how much coaching makes the difference, and for the first time we finally have it.

It's little stuff. For example. There is no doubt that our tackles were helpless in up pass blocking. With Les miles we would have just endured like 13 sacks or given up on the pass altogether. But tonight for the most part we found ways to hide that deficiency.

This. It’s not even close top to bottom. But we are playing well as a team and have a few difference makers who are really showing up. That can beat underachieving talent any day.
