Against bama at home, I think the refs will have an impact if it’s close. LSU needs to cut down on the penalties and play lights out for 4 quarters to overcome the “intangibles.”...

I’m wearing my 2000 cws shirt that I got from Omaha and breaking out my baseball bat that I picked up outside of the stadium. A bat maker was etching the final score into the cws bats.

I was there also! 2000 cws championship. My dad took my brother and me. Brad Cresse hit for a 6 to 5 walk off rbi vs Stanford. Great memories ...

My dad did the same. He took my brother and me to the 2000 CWS at the old stadium. I’ll never forget it. So much fun. I still have some memorabilia from it. I’m sure your kids still have great memories of it too. ...

I’d listen to his radio show. Towards the end of his career, people would ask why lsu lost a game, but Dale would instead go on a rant about starving children in 3rd world countries or his visit with Mother Teresa.

I’m glad special teams is a plus these days. bama had bad field position most of the first half, partly because of special team play.
I don’t think we had a single special teams penalty, did we?...
