I don’t think the offense will amount to spot on a sidewalk.

Yuup! I figure they'll struggle to get a 7-5 record.

Wrap your head around this - 57 yards rushing and two third down conversions all night against OM.

No much of a return for all that money TAF spent, eh?

Lost by 5 points on the road.

Started the year needing to go 3-2 on the road to make the playoffs, and hold serve at home. 1-1 so far. 2-0 would be better, but acting like the sky is falling is just so insanely dumb.

I think this board is just chock full of fans who didn’t experience ‘03 or ‘07 now, and their only point of reference is 2019. LSU can, and has, won BIG with teams that couldn’t hold 2019’s jock, and that lost games.

There’s a lot more football to enjoy, if you let yourself. I’m hoping the SC crowd is a mirror of that 2012 game. The online crowd was so down on the team after an offensive turd performance at Florida, but inside the stadium, that was one of the most underrated crowds ever.

but LSU can still eke out 8or 9 wins

Imagine paying a guy $10M to win only 8 games in a season with top 5 NIL money.

Kelly doesn't seem to fit at LSU but I'm not writing off the team this season...yet. We'll see against SC if they can pick themselselves up get their head into the game.

I think we have potential but until we show more fire, esp on O, thigs will not turn around.

Hopefully the O line is being worked on in the off week and Nuss and the others who are hurt are able to be back 100%

Nothing beats the Wisconsin loss at Lambeau melt, although the head coach did get fired a few weeks later

We are on day 6 of an ongoing 24-7 red alert panic attack brought on by a five point loss to a top 15 team on the road. Yeah it's just Ole Miss, I get it, it feels like we should roll out of bed and beat them by three touchdowns. But that's just not the actual reality on the ground, and this reaction is extreme even by tiger rant standards.

This is not a great LSU team but it's not that bad of a team either, and more importantly everything I see going wrong is completely fixable. Preemptively surrendering, panicking, and pitching a fit would be the worst possible reaction - but that seems to be what some of y'all want Kelly to do.

correct!

gezz people, every program wants to win too

Ole Miss has a good coach and highly ranked, it's not like we lost to an unranked team

I mean damn we were underdogs though I didn't want to beleive that

Just try to enjoy the season

sit back and enjoy

just relax, nothing we can do, we're not on the feild, we're not coaching nor are we paying the salaries

maybe, maybe not. but to come to a message board and sky scream is weak. I will be there next week hoping to see some improvement. If every 4-1 team quit before the seasons midpoint, cfb wouldn't be very interesting. Dont be so soft and beta.

Well, you obviously haven't been around long enough. This fanbase is notorious for melting. Even Saban heading into the 2003 UGA game was like, "If we lose, the sky will not fall." This is all because the fanbase has catastrophe syndrome.

Should have been around for the melt after LSU/Florida that year when Chris Leak and Ron Zook came in and LSU didn't score an offensive touchdown. LOL.

I mean I would normally agree, the melt for 1 loss this early in the season would be foolish, but damn man Ole Miss defense is bad and Chambliss isn’t that great of a QB, we made both look all world. We couldn’t really run the ball on La Tech…wtf. We just flat look bad, so until they show us otherwise, this team looks cooked, especially when you look at the o-line play.
