This is one rebuttal on here that is flat out wrong. I’m pretty sure LSU is a bigger national brand than the Saints. In other words, there are way more LSU fans than Saints fans in the world.

the saints have roughly double the social media followers

like i said, it's not close

You're either an 8/10 troll or an absolute buffoon. You're "flat out wrong" actually

College Valuations

ETA the #32 valuable NFL franchise is the Cincinnati Bengals valued at $5.2B that’s 4 times greater than the #1 CFB program Ohio State

LSU has more fans in Louisiana but Saints have fans in Mississippi Alabama and Panhandle I went to LSU and have always liked college more but am starting to shift away from it with the transfer NIL etc. at some point I would rather watch pro football with rules instead of a knockoff. Pro football with a bunch of kids getting paid NFL is obviously overall more popular than college and the TV ratings reflect it LSU and Saints don’t play each other so I have always cheered for both.

I don’t even agree with that. LSU fans live in an LSU bubble there are a lot of people in New Orleans that are not LSU fans.

That was LSU’s third chip (plus all the other sports) in the past 20 years…

Meanwhile that was the Saints’ first

That makes it strange then that many major college football stadiums are significantly larger than any NFL stadium.

There’s a lot of crossover between LSU and Saints fans, and a lot of people won’t like this.

Moore doesn’t have to recruit in Louisiana and doesn’t have to raise money. As long as he wins, people in Louisiana will love him.

LSU took Brady from the Saints and nobody seemed to hold it against us in 2019.

Not really colleges have students and bands/drill team etc that take up roughly 20-25% of the seats. Regular season NFL games draw better ratings than the College playoff

I've always cheered for both too it's so weird to me that people pick one or the other like they are Division rivals or something lol. Two completely different leagues.

Hey why don’t we start a collection for you so your kids don’t have to wear jorts anymore.

If Bo didn’t want to leave he wouldn’t have. Simple as that. You can’t hold employees hostage and the NFL lifestyle is staying at the Hilton and college is staying at the holiday inn these days.

I’ll go ahead and repeat myself to make it a little clearer and more understandable:
