They guys says “this is what will happen.”

Then …it happens just as he predicted.

And you say “…..retarded…”

Again, nobody cares. If he gave Kelly an ultimatum of "me or Jayden," I hope Kelly helped him pack his bags.

There was nothing about this season that showed he deserved wearing the 7 jersey. Kelly showed him more grace than I thought he would. Good luck Boutte. We’re about to find out what you’re really made of come July.

I would guess he changed his mind over the holidays, reported back late (or failed to report back) resulting in the suspension.

I don't think he trust JD to boost his draft stock. If he had the same production like this year, it would have been another wasted year. It's a smart decision.

This head case changes his mind more than a broad.

Good riddance.

The posts saying it’s bc JD is coming back are getting hammered with downvotes, but it’s quite obviously the most likely reason. Not defending Boutte, I don’t mind seeing him go. But it does support the idea that JD doesn’t provide the best opportunity to get our playmakers the ball. I’m sure Boutte isn’t the only skill guy with that opinion. It seems that Daniels return might not be what’s best for the program. Not bc he’s a bad kid or even a bad player. But bc he’ll likely be handed the job even if another guy is better. And Boutte likely won’t be the only collateral damage from him coming back. We’ll probably lose a talented younger QB to the portal too.

This could conceivably be a case where a player declares, only to take a pay cut.

If I had seen him predict that prior to this announcement I would have called him an idiot then too. If I told you right now the sun won’t come up tomorrow and then it actually happens, did I have some kind of factual evidence behind my prediction or did I just lucky?

There’s so many reasons why the “Boutte is leaving because Daniels is coming back” opinion is idiotic and just flat out false. Let’s start with the biggest, Daniels coming back shouldn’t have been a surprise to anyone. The guys that have proven to actually have a pulse on what’s going on inside the program has been saying for weeks that Daniels was leaning towards returning. You think Kayshon was oblivious to that?

I’m glad he is gone.
He won’t be higher than a 4th.

And this decision is 100% related to Daniels returning. He knows he won’t catch many balls next year

Ok but spring/spring game, Nuss was best, JD was the worst of all QBs. And in camp they were ‘equal’. He did beat him. BK just made a choice
