You freaking low T baws are so funny. The Little Midget was right about LSU fans and their catastrophe syndrome.

Brody Miller corrected his tweet. Could be nothing at all

If it’s anything it’s probably a ACL

Quit freaking out. Kardell is a year away from playing anyway. Pray for a speedy recovery but this isn't huge in the grand scheme of things for this season.

Didn't say "was" serious... Said "could be"...It was crappy audio...but was just passing along sh*^tty news either way for football fans driving home and not on a facebook live video...I didn't want to hear the bad news either and had no other details to pass along because none were giving.

My impression is that he is competing with Donavaughn Campbell for the second string RG (behind Damien Lewis). Considering that Campbell hasn't done much of anything in the previous three years at LSU, Thomas had a good chance of winning that battle and getting some PT this year. Whether that is still true depends on the nature of the injury, of course.
Regardless, it does seem silly to freak out over a second string lineman, so I'm with you on that one.

could be serious

Bitch at him for being vague...
Why are you trying to make a vague statement into something more specific, that may or may not be true?
ETA: Yeah, it's bad.

Your awesome....changes nothing....

Just watched the video of the press conference, and I’ll say this is speculation.
Buttt,
It Sounded like he was about to say “it didn’t look good.” But stopped himself and said “ we don’t know how serious it is.”

It's ridiculous. Since the spring, we have, so far, managed to avoid losing any players of importance to transfer, injury, grades, or arrest. Every starter and key contributor is still expected to be ready for GA Southern.
If Kardell is hurt, that sucks for him, but OG is actually a position where we have depth, and if Kardell has to redshirt, so be it. Losing our 3rd-string guard doesn't potentially ruin the season.

Wasn’t Woodward supposed to fix these things?

It’s better to use a blanket statement than speculate before medical staff, team docs get a true evaluation.

i think the people freaking out are the ones who have seen his highlight tapes. Kid is a monster.

Yes, i just rewatched it and at 2:45 he says Kardell injury MAY be serious...We'll see, not sure...I put COULD in original post and imma dick...lol

Badara Traore and Austin Deculus are getting work at gaurd now too so obviously there is some concern. It’s long been my wish that someone could play RT so Deculus can play LG where he is a natural fit. Deculus would go from a weakness to a strength automatically by moving inside with his strength.

Even if it is serious, I appreciate O not being so dramatic and basically saying “we’re fricked,” like CPM would have done. What is it he said early in the season?...”I saw the season go up in flames,”...or something to that effect, when a player got injured.
ETA: CORRECTION: "I saw our whole season going down the drain." When Josh Smith was hit in the jaw. LINK
