Why would that be your conclusion? One car, in front of him, went onto the shoulder. The other vehicle, behind the car that went onto the shoulder, went into the other lane.
Clearly, the accident could not have occurred behind him, because the car was getting out of his way to avoid hitting Lacy
It wouldn't make any sense for the second car to drive into the other lane once Lacy had passed. This post was edited on 1/10/25 at 2:25 pm
