Wow I think people are reading into this wrong.
Scared of competition? The guy came to LSU with it being the biggest offer he had and has waited and competed for much longer than other kids are willing to wait. I don’t think he is scared of competition at all.

If he truly beat out the other two qbs, and the coaches response is to then bring in another qb, I think he should leave, and I dont think it is due to "lack of sack" as you are trying to make it

If he was looking to transfer and the coaches said he had a legit chance to start for them, so he stays put, then they go after another guy. Id prob be a lil hurt that i was lied to.
Not saying this is what happened, but You can read between the lines and based off him looking a bit better than the other two, there might have been legit conversation about him starting from the coaches.

Why would he be looking to transfer when he had a good spring and is in virtual tie to start? Burrow is not coming with a guarantee to start. Burrow would have to climb the depth chart.
Regardless, if Burrow wants to come and gives another option, I don’t care what McMillan does.
