Well, if he wants to be quarterback at LSU, it is there for the taking. We have no established quarterback, so now is the time for anyone in the mix to step up and deliver the shite. Anyone in that locker room who doesn't want to kick some arse to maintain his position needs to hit the damn streets to find a league where he can compete.

Transfers every time come into programs and take spots that are held by friends/teammates. Part of it. I remember how quick certain players were in awe over Metts arm talent back when he came to LSU. It’s still gonna be a qb competition and the best man in will win.

Again. Not an O guy at all. But if the best of the 3 still isn’t good enough, it’s Os job to go and find somebody who might be. These guys have been around enough to know that a coaches word is only as good as the player can play.

Burrow probably learned more in 3 years at Ohio State than the QBs at LSU have learned in the last decade combined.

Then one of them should have looked like a starter in the spring game. Had one or two of them stepped up this spring we probably don't court Burrow?

Seems like a lot of people who were just ruling McMillan as our starter and the best are now throwing him under the bus at the prospect of this Burrow kid. Sad that we're drooling over OSU's rejects but we are where we are. I guess we know who is more popular than the backup qb, that's the potential transferring in qb. He's the friggin savior of coach 0's job and the future of LSU football.
