That article is contradictory...it said the judge considers the matter settled..but the charge still remains?

Johnson let Davis go and said he considers the matter resolved as of now if Davis follows the rules. "Do the right thing and stay out of trouble," Johnson told Davis. If Davis does not follow the rules, the judge must be contacted. Davis was arrested Friday on a charge of second-degree battery related to his ex-girlfriend getting beaten. He was released Saturday after posting a $5,000 bond.

Dumb count is changing story.

We've been down the curfew road before - there can be exceptions for games.

Coaches need to lift suspension immediately.

Title IX can die a quick painful death.

We don't need name calling, people blaming one of the other.

All we need to know is the truth.

That doesn't lend much credibility to dropping the case if restrictions are imposed on him.

An arrest is not a charge. This hearing was about setting conditions of his release. That's what the judge did so that particular matter is settled.

Davis has yet to be charged with anything. That's up to tha DA. This is where we are now. The DA will do his investigation and eventually make a decision. No telling how long this will take.

Davis will remain suspended until the DA makes a decision.

Dude you just called a woman who was potentially beaten repeatedly a c.u.n.t due to a statement change that you dont even know what was changed all because the alleged woman beater plays for a team you cheer for

Take a step back

Yea. I literally just said that. All you did was say what I said in a slightly different fashion.

Drake Davis is a piece of shite just like his father, actually potentially more so than his father.

Baylor's admin shouldn't have flinched; they should have stood behind Briles and not given in to media pressure.

Also, I actually typed out "count." So who knows, maybe I'm calling her 19th century nobility.
