It depends on his timeline. I can see both sides.

I believe the caveat was “based on the last three years.” Hard to argue 2020 and 2021 didn’t hurt the average.
I haven't listened, but if that's based on the past three years, sure. Orgeron left LSU in a rough spot.
However, it would take many schools many, many years to recover from the shape that LSU was left in.
LSU and Ohio State have certain built-in advantages that no other schools have -- elite recruiting plus no other power 5, in-state competition. So, LSU is able to easily rebound and recover (it took Kelly one year) while many other schools would take 10+ years.

even with the metrics he uses. LSU has been a top-ten program since 2003.

That will change this year with Cincinnati joining a power 5, but I see your point.

Personally, I think we all go drop these gifs on his twitter.

Hasn’t USC sucked as much as we did in that timeframe? Weird to just go back 3 years, seems like a weird timeframe to judge something like this. I’d say 5 years minimum would be needed to judge something like that which case we’d have a natty on the docket.

Has LSU ranked outside his top 10 programs in CFB. Has Utah, OU, USC, and Penn St above us. Okay Josh…
He also showed that we are 6th in Caesar's Odds for the Championship.
It’s not crazy to wait to see what LSU's roster will look like before putting them in the top 10 after 2 subpar seasons and 1 good one.

USC has sucked since Pete has left. It’s ludicrous to believe they have a more stable program. They’ve had more coaching changes than us too. OU and Utah? OU has dropped the ball on players and record. Utah has not won a big game. It’s flat out a spit in our face in my opinion.
I mean I am not raging. Live and let live, but damn did he piss in my cheerios.

Ya just look at the NFL, theres not but a few programs that are in that conversation. You could build a nfl all pro team with guys just from just LSU, Alabama, and Georgia.

I cannot find it, but easily could be wrong. I just posted a clip from his youtube that was published today. If it’s a duplicate, please take this down.

Technically no, but not very off from each other
We went 21-16 (.568)
They went 20-12 (.625)
They went 5-1 in the covid year, while we were 5-5, thats the difference really.
