Not sure Perkins is exactly a role model, either.

So Perkins reacted like most of players, and loses his shine?
Joe Burrow reportedly had several scuffles with team mates. Did that hurt his leadership qualities?

You've obviously never played football. If he's running 3rd team most of his reps are when they are practicing another teams defense to give the 1st team offense a look.
During the season? Yeah. Not now, though.

This i agree with but shoving in practice come one ! I did way more than that when I play high school football

I think its less about the actual shoving and more about the attitude and being unwilling to follow directions after being told not to do it.

Like it or not, Harris has put himself in a position where he doesn't get any leeway or the benefit of the doubt. Its follow the rules or be 3rd team and eventually be shown the door.

We have free will. We are responsible for our choices. Maybe he needs to be in better touch with God and ask for enlightenment.

Harris just stands over him instead of helping his teammate up

Major red flag.

If he screws up chemistry one iota, ditch him.

That’s on him. If he wants a future, he needs to get a grip

Because it’s been going on since football started.

No, it hasn't. There absolutely was a time (pre-Ali) when this behavior was routinely frowned upon.

Of course, during much of that time, there was no need for posturing and trash talking because straight up punching a guy or crushing him in the throat was perfectly acceptable. You know, as long as you were civil and sporting about it.

Did not even get a mention during Coach House’s press conference. I think he is on the short leash for sure. Either he gets in touch with the team’s process or he sits, at best.
