Understandably, we were all young and dumb more often than we would like to admit.
My biggest problem with excuses from him when he put on an instagram post saying "I'm only 18" is the fact that boosters are giving 18 year olds loaded sports cars that are capable of using the whole speedometer in a matter of seconds. I don't think I would've been as irresponsible with a vehicle at that age, but damn would I have been tempted like hell to see how much fun a loaded Charger/Challenger is if I didn't pay for any of it.

Pekins was reportedly held out of practice yesterday after the brawl. Not sure Perkins is exactly a role model, either.

We are falling apart at CB. It’s a shame we have recruited so poorly there lately. Didn’t espn just call us DBU for the century. SMH.

Well Perkins was an all American his freshman year at LSU and was nothing but short of a great teammate and possibly the best true freshman we have ever seen.

Like BK said in regards to them fight, it is a leadership issue. Someone on LSU's defense needs to emerge as the vocal leader. With all these new faces and highly touted freshman, the team needs to identify themselves.

My guess is he’s still learning how to play zone like Matt House uses with his CBs and that’s why he’s running with the 2nd string. The dude will never play D1 football again if he fails at LSU after the crap at A&M as a freshman

Yea. And whatever he's doing at practice is bad enough that one of our most talented players at the biggest position of need can't get above 3rd on the depth chart. May not matter to you but it obviously matters to the people making the decisions

That works too. Either way if his attitude is that big a problem he needs his butt kicked. Not just for football. For life in general.
