I know that Johnson preaches taking pitches so that you can get into the other team's bullpen, but the entire team is taking too many first pitch fastballs that are right down the middle. I think this is part of Jones' current issues. I would also like to see Dickinson at third and Pearson at second; Braswell is batting around .210.

It may be time to swap Jones and Dickinson in the lineup. Some of our hitters seem to be really struggling as two-strike hitters. Not even able to foul pitches off. Not sure what’s going on there…

At this point jones needs the pitcher to: 1. Throw a fastball instead of a offspeed pitch and
2. Miss his outside spot so jones can possible get a hit.
