Harvey Williams 2.0.
Williams tore his ACL in a gruesome injury in the Superdome late in a game vs Tulane in 1987. He had surgery and was out all of 1988. He came back in 1989 and got hurt again, and played some the following year.
He played in the NFL for eight years, mostly for the Oakland Raiders. Did some pretty good things at RB & receiver, and more or less fulfilled the promise he had as a high school star in Hempstead, TX.

Genuinely feel for the guy. Hope he heals up and is successful in whatever he does next football/work.

Wow, poor guy can’t catch a break.
Very disappointing after he was the bright spot in our rushing attack.

They were running him to hard at practice. Kelly already said it.

Less than 4 weeks he’s walking off field gingerly
I have legit concerns this staff rushed him back too fast.

So awful, he was clearly not 100% Sunday, but ran harder than anyone.
Some folks were saying to keep feeding him, but he was nowhere near ready to carry the load.
I wonder what knee? Maybe he tore the other one while favoring the previously hurt one.
Like someone else said, I hope LSU takes care of him, he does not deserve this.

NCAA should give him another year. I mean they give anybody extra years these days. This is a legit case
