But the guy I quoted is a fan that watches this program every week

There is no way we overlook a game @State after what happened two years ago. This may be the the game we come out most focused for

I obviously don't disagree with your post though, people will say that stuff.

Him and finebaum are consistent on LSU upset alert. Think this is the 3 rd time for them to call this.

There is no way you could possibly know that.

This is a made-to-order trap game.

It really really isn't.

They have worked their entire lives to get to this point. They were up at 5 a.m. practicing. They have to travel to Starkville to play football. Consistent individual success for them could mean MILLIONS of dollars.

They are, by definition, taking this game (and every other game) more seriously than the fans...

I actually agree on this one. Not that we’ll lose but I think it will be closer than many think it will be.

Yeah. I'm currently expecting a 40 point win considering how shite they are.

You may be right here, we may only win by 28.

The Vandy and Utah State games have put me at ease in that regard. This team has a killer instinct that we haven't seen in a while.

Normally I’d agree. Sandwiched in between Florida and auburn but Coach O and Aranda got embarrassed last time we went to Starkville. I feel like they want to make a statement

May be valid. State’s freshman QB will be a handful and State will be trying to save it’s season. This is a made-to-order trap game. Hope the team is taking this game more seriously than the fans.

I get the concept of the "let down/trap game", but this team is built to withstand let downs. The offensive firepower pretty much guarantees we will put up points and the mentality is to keep the foot on the gas. State may be able to keep up for a while, but I just don't see them as an upset possibility.

sorry guys but this ain't going to happen unless burrow isn't able to play. this isn't a miles offense where you bite your fingernails every game hoping we score enough in case the other team gets a few lucky TDs.

we'll be fine. this game won't be close.

This must be a joke.

You mean to tell me this team is going to overlook Mississippi State when LSU is ranked #2 in the nation, a Heisman award possible QB and a national TV audience on CBS all on the line???

Man GTFO. This team is who we think they are. If they are not, well this won't be the week we discover that.

Our Tigers can not afford to take the weekend off. They're well aware they need to continue to improve. This will be evident in the stats and scoreboard.

LSU scores more than 45... Aranda works on schemes and knocks the rust off. Our Tigers in a route.

Anyone find the stingray youtube video yet?

Dude Joel Klatt went on television and claimed burrow is one of worst quarterbacks against blitz when the facts show he’s the most a accurate against the blitz in college football. Guy clearly is some kind of tool that isn’t a fan of LSU.

You've brought Miles up multiple times in this thread, why?

BTW, his teams averaged 32.5ppg against State, which so far is better than what O has done.
