Last season, #LSU, as a team, averaged 104 rushing yards per-game, which ranked 126th in the country — last night, Joe Sloan’s offense at #Kentucky ran for 400 yards on 38 carries, with three different players rushing for over 100-yards.

Kelly sucked last year and so did Sloan and the rest of the staff and players. Everyone sucked minus a player here or there.

Will Stein is calling all the shots there
I’m sure Sloan has some input but his job is to coach up the QBs and hold the clipboard on Gameday

I hate Sloan but I do think that the Nuss injury severely limited the playbook

The ultimate issue wasn't Sloan but Brad Davis. The run blocking last year was the absolute worst I’ve ever seen at the P4 level.

And I think someone noticed he didn't have it out the week before vs Bama. Sloan lost privileges after the Bama loss.

see the difference is the concept and principles.
Sloan was the ceo of the offense last year. I don't know that he was there in his development to be able to adapt or change for what he was as a coordinator.
Now he is under a coach who has installed his offense and he is given a list of plays to call. So I would say the scheme is good and now joe has the opportunity to call the right plays.
