He spent three years at OSU and rarely saw the field but that was long enough to graduate and transfer without having to sit out.

He definitely played at LSU on the field because I saw it myself in person. As far as school, he was in a master's degree program and you can get a masters degree 100% online these days from LSU. Technically, as long as he stayed eligible by being enrolled, he didn't necessarily need to obtain another degree from LSU as long as he stayed in good academic standing, which he did, and ended up getting that degree in two years which is possible for grad school.

When the team 2 hours from his hometown drafted him, this was inevitable. If the Saints drafted him, Ohio would rarely be mentioned.

Yeah, I doubt attendance at class was a big priority for Joe while at LSU.

Not really sure the online classes as a grad student were much of a big deal.

The quarterback who wasn’t good enough to start for Urban Meyer at Ohio State won the Heisman Trophy two years later for LSU by the widest margin in history.

I always laugh when the MSM and Bama try to put Jalen Hurts as a Bama QB. Bama gave that dude the boot. He is no more Bama than Burrow is Ohio St.

Look, here’s the deal. We just have to accept Burrow is an Ohio guy. Ohio state and Ohio is in his blood.

He will never quite be like Tebow to Florida or Herschel to Georgia with us, and that’s ok. He still likes LSU

I don’t understand why anyone would take this statement as a jab at LSU. If anything, he’s not claiming his time at OSU for football.
