Brady wasn't here for him to learn from last season. Im not trying to take credit away from Brady.

Why do you want to go back to what we know doesn't work?

Where did I say that?

Would you agree that there's a big difference between camping one or two days with an NFL team & working directly with Brady for five months?

If Ensminger really loves LSU, he should give that job to Brady.

Yeah, because you would walk away from 800 large for your love of LSU?

Graham Harrell is the one that makes the most sense. He's a Texas-born Big XII guy who played at Texas Tech. It's the best fit and he showed what he could do with a freshman QB this year at USC.

Joe Brady will be at LSU and he will get paid.

Brady will be mentioned for every OC job that comes open this year. He is the hot name that writers and talking heads can instantly mention as a replacement for whoever was fired. They will do this regardless of any actually knowledge of the situation.

Goldrush isn’t wrong. Do you honestly believe Ensminger created this offense, installed it and called all the plays?

Are you telling me it is completely impossible for Ensminger to have learned some of Brady's offense throughout the duration of this season?

I'm sure he's learned some of it. But this transformation can only be explained by the presence of Brady and all he's learned over several years. I of the opinion that losing him now would be very costly to this offense.
(I don't think he's going, BTW)

Graham makes sense.

This is so wild, because you figured with an x and o's guy like Herman you wouldn't have to emphasize the need for an OC like they are..

It sort of goes against the whole HC locking down one side of the ball..

Look at Bama and how bad their defense is now.

Heard the Aggies are trying to snap up Frank Wilson too to help with their recruiting.

Sorry, but I’d rather not take the risk of having Ensminger try to emulate Brady’s system. Ensminger has never been a successful coordinator on his own.

I’m simply relaying what the rant has been saying for weeks. Brady is a nice complement but E and O are all we need. Right?

and cannot even make a strong claim to being one of the best three teams in their own state year after year.

Amen! I can't figure Texas out. They single handedly caused teams to leave the Big12 7 or 8 years ago.

And the thing is, they actually do pretty good in recruiting every year. Except for one year under Mack Brown they underachieved. So far under Herman they have been an average program. Charlie Strong had pretty much the same career at Texas.. Is there more to that program that holds them back?

You don’t know what’s going on. The dude is a total douche bag shitting on E and O whenever he gets a chance. He was just putting down Ensminger, a guy who has been a tiger all his life. There are a portion of Tiger fans who shite on E meanwhile most people in the know praise him for being able and wanting to bring in and work with Brady.

Don’t buy it. Brady doesn’t want to board that dumpster fire. I honestly don’t think Herman will make it thru next season without getting fired. Texas won’t be any better next year, probably worse and the T sippers are really building a fire under Herman’s seat

What I'm saying is that LSU has the blue print and LSU has the playbook. Ensminger is no dummy. He knows the concept. I'm sure he's got Brady on speed dial and he has the Saint's right down the road. It's not like there is no one left that knows how the offense works; especially if Brady stays on another year.

There’s a big difference between being mentioned for a job and linked to a job.

Offense isn't really a problem for them. They're right in the 80th percentile for CFB. There must've been some other issue.
