I don't blame him. He has two losses in a rebuilding year and has a stupid talented class coming in.

Not sure why he is looked at as a huge upgrade. He coaches in ACC. Miles would kill it there too. His offense looked horrible most of year and lost to 3-8 Ga Tech!!

What else is Jimbo going to say.

"Oh yeah, I was headed to LSU, but their President shut it down."

Why would Jason Sehorn be privy to this information?

I agree he didnt with whatever the parameters LSU was offering. I also believe Sehorn has no idea what happened.

who the hell is jason Sehorn? I mean we had people tweeting Friday that Miles had acknowledged his departure. one hour later, it was all proven false. Nobody knows shite apparently.

I posted this in another thread, and I know, 3 posts. WOO.

My source is not part of LSU. I was at a neighborhood block party on Saturday and the guy down the street is a golfing buddy of Gator Bowl president Rick Catlett, which is where he got his info.

LSU boosters got together a few weeks back and agreed to the buyout and that they only wanted Jimbo. They got permission from the AD to reach out to Sexton and start a conversation. Jimbo said he would talk to them but that his $ was 7 Million to even entertain it. That's basically where the whole thing ended. He had no intention of leaving.

Its keep up or get left behind in the Coaches Arm Race.

What this shows is that LSU is being run by folks who are not committed to winning National Championships
