Honestly just curious how that pitch would go.
"Hey recruit, we don't care if you protest the anthem or what, but that school in Louisiana who does whatever they're instructed to do pregame will also take your scholarship away if those instructions happen to put you anywhere but Courtside for the anthem"
Is that really farfetched? "Did you see where Louisiana's governor is threatening to pull scholarships for something those girls didn't even do? Who would want to play somewhere like that?"

Recruiting is slimy. They'll spin it to racism dude.

Isn't her 15 minutes long since up?

I was really hoping he would tone back the “red meat for the base” type rhetoric once he was elected, but it appears as though he has higher aspirations than being Louisiana’s governor, everything else be damned.

The republican s#!+ show continues to sabotage our people, institutions and country with it's skewed agenda. What a shot in the foot to your own state and it's flagship school. Now we have these idiots like Jemele Hill dog piling on a half understood situation, perhaps to help negatively recruit LSU. USL or ULL or whatever that (should be NAIA school) Landry represents and Michigan Lite Hill's alma mater still won't benefit because LSU will always be a bigger brand then both of them combined. This s#!+ might actually have a reverse effect and make kids go to LSU.

Landry needs to stay in his lane but no one gives a shite what Jemele Hill thinks, I can promise you.
Guys like you are hilarious. “I promise you I know exactly what random people that I don’t know do and do not care about”
I’m sure you are close with a bunch of potential LSU athletes and their families.

I’m not going to bother to look, but I’m certain I could find hundreds of examples of Jemele Hill praising athletes for ignoring the anthem, kneeling for the anthem, singing alternative anthems, and disrespecting the flag. Up until two nights ago, it was all the rage with these people to show disrespect and lack of decorum for the symbols of our country at ballgames.

Jemele Hill: Recruits should look in a different direction than LSU (Landry response)

"the base" it's about the people. The republican base is a cult and criminal organization shielded by the thickness of there skulls and old money. What a bunch of cucks (literally).

Same sort of conversation is already taking place with Texas and Florida too where they got rid of DEI staff just so they can comply with their respective laws. The conversation is also taking place with the Alabama schools.
LOL conversation.

Landry should be a one and done governor. He's already proving to be dangerous to Louisiana with his old south tactics.

Jemele is a race-baiting whore but this is a non issue because nothing will change

And Jemele Hill’s opinion matters because???!

I see what you're trying to do there, but to help you with your side choosing mindset... they are all idiots and play tug a war with our country. No side is better for our country until there is one side. The right side!
to both democrats and republics. They will pay in the afterlife for all the lives they've affected (domestically and globally).
We are still the best country inspite of!

More on point, everyone knows that Hill is an attention seeking click baiter. People look at what she says through that lens.
The governor of the fricking state should not be an attention seeking click baiter, but apparently is. And that’s a problem.
