Jay’s Postgame

He is obviously very displeased with how the team responded after his ejection. Also mentioned that Jones and the pitcher were jawing during his home run trot for all of those who knew (lsufball19) for sure that the 1st baseman was the first person to say something.

Whoever records this for TigerBait needs to fix the fricking audio. This is at least the third postgame PC in a row with that loud buzzing sound and its bush league.

Place went nuts when Jay got tossed. Hes trying everything he can to wake this team up but it's just not clicking yet.. hopefully they figure something out soon before it's too late

Lose 12-2… talk morosely about it. No shock there. Their play is skin deep and they’ve been outclassed two weekends in a row. Figure it out Jay. They’re great up 4 runs but they turtle shell and crack under any kind of pressure so far. No players called out that’s his job

Hayden's put his blood, sweat and tears into this team.

I think it was pretty clear that he was trying to light a fire under the team with his ejection and it didn’t work. Hence him saying that he won’t be getting ejected for the rest of the year.

It’s a bad XLR cable, and they apparently haven’t listened to their own audio because that’s a simple and cheap fix.

This guy lives and breathes LSU baseball. I appreciate his candor in this presser.

And tRant criticized Mainieri for doing just this and now want CJJ to call out players during a press conference?!

So you’d rather PM who just sits back and hangs his head in the back of the dugout. Cool.

no, I like it. There is a message to be sent but they don't all of a sudden need a competitive overhaul because he was ejected and watched the game on TV for 4innings.

He is just always calculated with his message but this one was sloppy & emotional.

He addressed all of that. Wearing his heart isn't a bad thing.

He's just being earnest and genuine. Is that a bad thing for you?

He's completely disappointed and isn't just tossing up excuses.

Lester tried to throw shade at my roasting of McMahon earlier, as if the two coaches are even in the same universe

Also haven’t coaches been getting ejected for years firing their team up? Simply unacceptable for some I guess. Hopefully he calls in this week to set Jay straight
