Jay’s Gamble with Skenes Paid Off

It was typical LSU down the stretch, making it a little harder than it had to be. But to get two wins only using 4 pitchers and get the rest of the night off…huge. It’s a perfect setup for tomorrow, and if the boys take care of business, an even better one for next week with Skenes having this much time off.

Well Skenes would have started and been wasted. Hurd wouldn't have been available for his 12k. So we would like have been screwed.
