I’m not even posting in favor of Daniels, merely pointing out that the comparison to Harris is off-base.
I don’t care who the QB is because I assume the coaching staff will start the player that gives us the best chance at winning. I’m also not going out of my way to find negatives about either one.
Logical post and fair.

Tua averaged 10 yards rushing per game in his career, 12.6 per game was his career high.

What's your point? He was labeled a dual threat coming out of high school.

But he wasn’t a duel threat QB. Reality > recruiting labels from HS.

Denbrock is Cam Cameron 2.0. He will run what he is comfortable with, despite the talent he has inherited. This also makes me leery of who he recruits going forward
You have absolutely no evidence to back this up outside of your imagination.

I’ve watched a few videos of his games last year.
He can be accurate when he sets his feet. Which is why he has a good completion %
He has a habit of sailing passes when he throws off balance. He also doesn’t seem to know exactly when to throw on the run. Flicks the ball out in some really weird positions when he has time to maybe make a better pass. I think These things are fixable.
The athleticism jumps out. When he runs he’s a legit threat.
He could be a better Nick Marshall

Kid should be fine - I'm pretty confident he'll get better coaching here than at ASU.

The whole pro/dual label is entirely a recruiting construct.

You poor guys are miserable! You get on here and go through piles of statistics to bash a kid that will be our starting QB at some point barring a major miracle. Then you say things like I hope I am wrong. Lol. No you don’t. You want the kid to crash and burn even if it means LSU loses just so you don’t look like the dumbass that most on here think you are anyway. I hope my desire to prove that I know more about talent than the coach of my favorite school is never more important than my team winning. I would hate to see what guys like you said about Burrow and then probably jumped on the bandwagon after the fact.

ASU fan poking his head around.
Re- Knowing when to pass and when to run
ASU's receivers dropped a ton of passes for Daniels during the last 2 seasons (well 1.5 because of COVID). A shocking number. I think Johnny Wilson dropped 4 against USC alone. Drops happen, but it was a constant, drive killing theme that I suspect started to get to Daniels, which made him start to take off more and more. It was a very young group that he probably didn't have much faith in.

No, you’re doing it for Brandon Harris who we already know was terrible ??
And you must have missed the part where I said that I wasn’t necessarily advocating for him. Maybe you don’t know what the word “advocate” means though. All good. I can start a new thread for you where I go over the big words. See what happens when you try to be aggressive? Like I told you earlier…call it a day.

Yes the frick I do hope I'm wrong.
You don't know me like I don't know you.
As far as bashing the kid. I am not bashing him by telling the God damn truth.
If you don't like well then that is a totally different issue.
People like you kill me.Like I am just bashing the kid for the hell of it by calling out his weaknesses.
The same weaknesses the PAC 12 saw last year with his accuracy you bet your bottom dollar SEC defenses will see those same accuracy issues.
While the young man can improve its been 3 years. He is what he is at this point.
To add to that. He is quite a bit a better running QB than Nuss so the only reason this QB is this close is if it at all has to be JD throwing ability.

It also seemed like y’all refused to throw in the Redzone and your WR never finished a long play.
I watced A few videos of games where it was just Passes, QB runs and Zone reads he handed off and I dont Think I saw A single pass vs BYU or USC within 10 yards

“Brandon Harris looked better in his best 6 games than Daniels did his worst year”
How did Harris look year 3?

Have you watched him? I knew he was going to start the second it was announced he would be coming to LSU.
If he doesn't start I will be shocked. And I am not sure why this has even been a discussion.

I think this indicates a deficit in making good choices. If you turn down all those schools……..
Looky here, being offered by Alabama is not the same as starting for Alabama. Do you really think he would have beat out Tua, or Bryce Young?

He only played in 2 games before getting benched in his 3rd year.
