Remember the guy for the Mets going through that a few years ago. I think he won the Cy Young that year and may have had a losing record.
Now compare the ratings for game 7 to the ratings for the Super Bowl and tell me how good the NBA is. LOL

Yep, eerie coincidence that we had a broken hamate bone and beat a pitcher named Morrison for 2 of our 8 championships.

:geauxtigers:
Was coming here to post the same thing! lol

:geauxtigers:
My thoughts exactly, I would be happy with the same results!

I can understand you posting about people putting the players down but you might want to go back to the Little Rock game and look at yourself being on your list as well because I seem to remember you giving up and saying some things about our pitchers losing the game for us. Not saying I don’t get upset with players sometimes as well but if you truly are as old as I think you are, maybe you might wanna climb over the low hanging fruit instead of joining them. Just a thought.

I like the best of three with the brackets because they don’t mix the brackets like softball does. In the old days, you could have a team sweep their bracket and lose to a team that had already lost a game or have a team get the easy bracket then the team from the hard side loses because they used their pitching up. This way you feel better about a true champion. I do wish they would mix the brackets to make it more even.

I actually think the 3rd baseman might have caught Milam if he tried to go to first base.

Jay Johnson is a Genius!

Saving our pitchers for the championship series knowing we would come back and win this game! lol

:geauxtigers:
The encouraging part is both of our aces had bad games this weekend and we won anyway. Hopefully they got the bad games out of their system and will have a couple of good games in a row. That combined with us hitting well could propel us to the title!

:geauxtigers:
Wow, that’s all you have to say? What are you 10? I guess if you have nothing smart to say, it is best just to let the grown ups talk. Besides, you can look at my post history and know who I am. I don’t hide behind several fake names like some of you do. I don’t have a dog in the fight or know either of y’all. I was just curious as to the problem you seem to have with each other. Oh well.

:geauxtigers:
I don’t know Coop but it seems like he is the one living rent free in your head. If Rocco was so tuff, how come it took two of them to sneak up behind and throw him out? Maybe you are Rocco because you seem to be defending him pretty strong. If not, I would say he might be your father? Boyfriend? Like other Tiger fans, I would be interested in knowing your part in this. Is it loyalty to Rocco or hate for Coop?

:geauxtigers:
We had a great pitcher from Colombia, oh wait that was Columbia, Louisiana. :rotflmao:

Who said Doyle will be in Omaha?

Wow, a guy that thinks he’s a Tiger fan because he puts Tiger in his screen name then shows the truth by betting for his tigers to lose. lol

:geauxtigers:
That game says it all about college baseball. We had probably the greatest college pitcher of that year and maybe several years, the greatest every day player of that year and maybe several years, and an outstanding supporting cast and still were a play or two away from not even making the finals. It totally brought me back to the Bergman years! I will also say that the Morris walkoff was my favorite just because of his backstory and everything.

:geauxtigers:
Exactly! Some of these guys are real idiots with their conspiracy theories. If the refs were really trying to give Texas the game, why didn’t they call targeting on ASU when it was blatantly obvious. The ASU player left his feet and went straight for the head. At least the Texas player was straight up. Get over the hate or just shut up so you don’t sound stupid. Both teams tried to give it away. Texas haters can take some solace in the fact they will probably lose the next one. They don’t seem any better than us.
And even if ole piss wins out, they won’t go to the sec championship unless LSU loses. The only teams that get byes are the top 4 conference champs.
Just win and it all works out.

Do these people just not pay attention when others ask this or what? This guy has 12000+ posts and don’t know and I have a fraction of that and have known it and heard it for a while now.
