Harris was awful as a starter his sophomore year.

You do realize his freshman year he had higher QB rating by 30 points that year than Jayden Daniels has ever had for 3 years.

175 QBR for Brandon Harris.
151 QBR is Daniels highest ever QBR for his best season

So Harris had 13 TD and 6 INT his sophomore year. Jayden Daniels had
10 TD and 10 INT in his 3rd year

So JD would be averaging 13 TD a year passing if he finished covid year out.

13 TD acceptable?

Probably not because you’re making yourself look worse with each post. Call it a day.

If he throws accurately on a consistent basis, that will be a surprise.

I bet Harris didn’t have to deal with the chaos of a Covid season….Daniel’s had to learn a completely brand new offense in such a short condensed time bc of a Covid season where practices weren’t normal, everything was chaotic and distracting… it was a tough task. So his drop off after freshman year was excusable.
What’s is Harris’s excuse.??

At least I'm not dick riding a QB to try to make him look like something he isn't. Just because he was chosen to be the starting QB at LSU

Why the hate for Daniels? Everyone knows the 10 td/10 int stat, you aren’t being some beacon of truth among the ignorant. You come across as just irrationally hating on a guy that is going to take meaningful snaps for us at QB in a few days.

Yall are tryin to make the guy sound like something he isn't.
A good passer.

Jordan Travis was in a shite show last year at FSU and had way better numbers than Jayden Daniels.
Funny I don't hear anyone pumping him up.
Oh that's righthr isn't the starting QB at LSU

Again, you continue to act like everyone else can improve in college football but Jayden Daniels. It is getting beyond ridiculous.

He can improve but numbers show he has regressed. That is all im saying.
I hope like hell he balls out and proves my arse wrong.

But over games as evidence is hard to look over.

I have even said he is a good QB in the right system.
But teams have figured out if you watch video on JD he struggles with the mid range pass.
Teams will.play zone andake us rhrow it short or long.

I hope like hell I'm wrong.

He has a ton of potential. In particular at the college level. Everyone forgets in 2018 Joe Burrow had a 57% completion % and only threw for 16 tds with pretty much the exact same team, coach, offensive coordinator that the very next year is considered the best and most dominant champion in the last 20 years. These kids can get remarkably better giving the right coaching, experience and situation.

That is exactly what he said TODAY

We have 1a and 1b. Not a starter and a backup, but 1a and 1b, and BOTH will contribute

So a 3 year starter is struggling against a red shirt freshman who has never started

NOT A GOOD LOOK AT ALL

Denbrock is Cam Cameron 2.0. He will run what he is comfortable with, despite the talent he has inherited. This also makes me leery of who he recruits going forward

Do you go through life with this outlook or is this exclusive to lsu? I mean damn dude. It's like you want us to be bad so that you can say, "ha told you!"

WAY better? That's just a lie. Daniels had significantly more yards and completion percentage. Travis had a better TD-INT ratio.

Dual threat, highly operated. When did the last DT win a NC? Tebow?

Considering Jayden Daniels threw it 301 times and Jordan Travis threw under 194 times and had 5 more TD and 4 less interceptions.
And way better QBR 149 for Travis

136 for Daniels.

He also had 6 more total TD 22 for Travis
16 for Daniels.

Daniels did have 800 more passing yards on 107 more attempts

Burrow and Watson were dual threats

Hurts was a dual threat even though he needed help from Tua

I’m not even posting in favor of Daniels, merely pointing out that the comparison to Harris is off-base.

I don’t care who the QB is because I assume the coaching staff will start the player that gives us the best chance at winning. I’m also not going out of my way to find negatives about either one.
