In what way, Lester?
Stud returning QB with another year & offseason under his belt. In a conference that will have a big turnover on QBs. Puts lsu in a great position

I just wish those who constantly hate on him would realize how talented he is. If he improves in reading defenses next year and is more aggressive he could be a first round pick. With his arm and athleticism he has always been a first round talent. He can make every throw needed at the next level, he just needs to sling it.

Can my guy work on keeping his eyes downfield when scrambling? One of the best things about Burrow all season and what Nuss did against UGA was extend plays with feet and throw bombs downfield.

Let me stop you right there. He is NO stud QB. He is a RB that plays QB with very predictable results as we all saw in 2022. Can he get better? Sure, but it seems very unlikely. He is not a top tier QB if that is what you mean by stud.

How many RBs throw for 2800 yards?

Great. so we know that LSU will not have any kind of deep threat passing game. At least we can relax about that. Maybe Boutte wants to develop into a "possession" reciever.

Dude returns us to the SECCG and ends the Bama at home streak in his first year and you backwards hicks swear he’s not top tier.

That passed for 80 yards against Arkansas and Auburn.
80 yards passing....for entire game....TWICE in a season.

If Kelly doesn't play Nuss/Walker in any of the remaining games (outside of blowouts) then it simply means he's playing the guy who he feels gives him the best chance to win this season.

I don't think Nuss/Walker see the field unless Daniels gets injured.
Everyone wants Nuss or Howard to get snaps so their game can progress, it's not happening. CBK is using this season to develop Daniels for next season, plain and simple. I don't seeing it happening for JD but whatever! I'm buckled up & won't miss a snap.
Nuss should haul azz, from a biz standpoint. He won't see the field next season and Walker has been anointed by the Rant to take over after Daniels so there's that.

Did he really need to write that much? I mean if it isn’t all about you just say “I’m staying for Sr year”. Good grief. Hope his roll of the dice on a better draft position works out for our sake.

How many RBs are tackled for loss 43 times in a season? What was his yards/att? Completion % for passes > 20 yeards?
You will get to see it all again next season. Enjoy.

Wow.

An experienced veteran can't be a negative. Let the competition begin.

If JD does exactly what he did this year, and the rest of the team around him improves, LSU wins the SEC next year.
Well that's definitely not true. We aren't winning the SEC or making the playoffs unless Jayden plays dramatically better.

This has probably been mentioned but I’m not reading 8 pages of mostly negativity. I don’t know why people would even think that Walker would transfer. He will be the backup in 23 regardless of Daniels decision. Now he’s guaranteed to start in 24. If Daniels were to leave and Nuss stay, there would be no guarantee Walker would start in 24.
