So Yeskie only coached 2 pitchers in 3 seasons at LSU?

The comment talked about first round pitchers. So yes in regards to the comment there were two.

Agreed to a point.
Jay is great.
All the levers and buttons he pusher last season worked this season no dice
This roster was poorly constructed and the portal guys stinking have just exacerbated this frustration with in this season.

The main comment was that Yeskie has not developed a staff well since he has been there. He's in his third season. How many Juniors standouts do they have. I get Anderson would be a junior this year, but the expectation has to develop more than one serviceable pitcher a year. This years sophomore class has some promise with Evans and Schmidt, but whose the freshman up and comer. I just watched our offense get mowed down by a freshman so don't say freshman don't regularly play in SEC games.

What? To answer your question is it Paz IMO. I am not even defending Yeskie I just pointed out that a comment was dumb. It was stated that all of our first rounders were transfers and the fact is that 50% of our first rounders have been transfers. The comment was dumb and that was my only comment about it lol.

He coached them just about as much as he has coached this staff.
They were just developed pitchers, whereas our present staff has a whole to learn about pitching, and yeskie has nothing to offer. If you disagree, name one pitcher on this staff that has improved this year to a point of really noticing the improvement. The answer is 0.

With 2 1st round pitchers, it's easy to hide Nate's flaws, but he didn't develop any of those guys.
Kade Anderson transferred in.
William Schmidt was unpitchable last year.
Anthony Eyanson got significatnly better at LSU, but because he transferred in, he doesn't count.
Same with Luke Holman.
Gage Jump had 16 IP in his college career before getting to LSU.
Casan Evans wanted to play shortstop - instead he saved LSU's season on the mound.
Just because you post something with a definitive tone does not mean it's correct.

Has Josh and the other "that's just baseball" posters checked into this thread? I notice they've been absent most of the season.

Paz era is approaching 7. We can hope he will come around, but not sure the evidence is obvious
