Jesus Christ! If you don’t understand baseball, don’t post dumb shite. Wait for football and hopefully you halfway understand it. Try not to be a dumbass, please? Thank you

Everyday I think, these posts can't get any dumber, but I see a new jewel of a post everyday that's dumber than the day before. Must be a lot of posters from Mississippi on here.

He also wins a national championship.

You act like national championships or Omaha is going to be a thing every single year in this age of baseball.

But most of yall act like he does no wrong.

This guy over-manages and makes so many poor decisions in the postseason it is hilarious. It’s truly mind boggling.

The guy won a national championship, and guys like you act like he hasn't.

Also, I am curious what your bona fides are that any of us should listen to your crying about Jay overmanaging. Jay has been to two CWS finals and won one of them, so I will go with his judgment for now, while understanding he does make mistakes like any other human being.

I’m confused. Are you under the impression that this happened?
im doubly confused by your comment and the downvotes. Are you unaware that Jump came in to pitch the 9th with the lead and earned the L in that game 7 of the Chapel Hill regional last year? fricker here made me look up the highlights to make sure I wasn’t losing it

Guess this is where the Jay haters pretend like not everyone and their mom on here was begging for Jump to come in and pitch the 9th to close out that series and send us back to BR to host a Super. He brought in his best available to close it out and team blew it, that wasn’t on Jay.

If you listened to the post game interview they asked Jay why he decided to pitch 2 starters in this game and his response was he wanted to keep his pitchers pitch count low for next week and he wanted them to stay in a groove for next weekends series instead of not pitching at all incase they lost the game. Also, he mentioned this decision was made last week on pitch rotation, not this weekend.

Oh don’t worry I’m aware.

Everyone? We can pull up the game thread because I know for a fact there were people that didn’t like the move in real time.

You can argue whether he shite the bed or not, but my point is he didn’t make it out of two of the three.

There’s no argument when someone stated specifically that they shite the bed. That is an opinion and an accusation. So explain how he shite the bed.
He should’ve caught the ball in right field. Is that shitting the bed?
Or he should’ve had left-handed pitching that was left over from the previous year went by a miracle they made it as far as they did against a very good southern mist team.
You know what I love? I love people that are so uninformed about how good other teams are. For example, did you know that Southern Miss has the most consecutive 40 win seasons currently. They have been incredibly consistent. And the Southland conference is likely going to have three bids in the tournament. That’s third behind the ACC and SEC.

The funny thing about baseball is you don’t have to be the biggest or strongest to win.
