He doesn't deserve any appreciation until he does something on the field worthy of appreciation. He certainly doesn't deserve appreciation for getting a free education, books and a place to stay while playing football at LSU.

Wideman, do me a favor.

I promised someone I would post in the Jefferson appreciation thread because its lame - which it is. I need you tell lp56 that I said he's an idiot.

Well he didn't quit against Troy. That's worth some appreciation. Saved us from a lot of embarrasment.

Get a life, and get out of here. If you have no appreciation for JLee then dont post in his appreciation thread.

Your obsession with the position of QB is beyond creepy at this point

Hes examined every crease in the young mans body trying to find his flaws. No one in the history of BCS football has gone to the lengths that he has, in order to defend the leader of the 113th ranked offense.

Creepy is the right word.

You should see how venomous the Jefferson appreciation thread has become.

I mean those cats don't just want a new QB. . .they genuinely hate Jordan Jefferson.

It is an embarrassment to any LSU fan, the way those guys are carrying on.

I greatly appreciate Lee.

So was my obsession on showing you just how wrong you were with your "stack the box" thread.

But I'm sorry that I'm one of the few posters here that likes to talk about substantive things and actually use those pesky facts and statistics when discussing them.

Maybe I'll join you guys:

What's the best sausage poboy you've ever had in Tiger Stadium?

Does this Rivers kid have "it?"

If you could be one LSU player on this years team, who would you be?

I just want to say how much I appreciate the guys that hold the down markers. It isn't always an easy job, what with football players running into you and what not, but these guys do it week in and week out. 107% of the posters on this board would never have the balls to that job.

Unbeknownst to you, you are proving our point. In your attempt to be witty, you exposed your entire case. Few ppl know Patrick Nicely, or what team he plays for.

But where you screwed yourself over is that JJ is in the same boat with Nicely, and never to be defended, since he was just one team ranking away from whoever Nicely QBd.

Just passing back through this thread after being on the road most of the day and once again trying to figure out if a village called and said they had lost their idiot, whether I would point them towards TheDoc or Antonio. You guys have a love fest going with JJ? Fine. Your presence was neither requested nor desired in a post that commended JL on his perseverance. I don't think JJ is the QB to take our team where we all want it to go, but I don't feel compelled to shite all over the JJ appreciation thread like you two morons did here.

No matter their shortcomings or talents, they are both still Tigers, and doing the best that they can to represent the P&G. /thread

We are very lucky to have two experienced dedicated QB's going into this season.
