Regardless of how much the team put up we are talking about him. I gave him credit for the 3 tds. Good plays. But he barely completed 50% of his passes and did jarrett lee average 230 pass yards a game? Idk. Serious question

230 total yards from a qb who also runs is just what I said lonnie. Mediocre. At best.
He didn't play great. He didn't play good. He played good enough to win. Which is all we ask out of him. That being said he missed a high school type pass with guy wide open over middle which prolly would have been td.. took points off board by throwing int. The 2 best games of his career have been games where he didn't have to do much other than hand off to rbs. Both were bowl games. He did have 3 td passes and I will give him credit for those. But his play was still mediocre. Which was good enough to win

Actually Xavier carter is better bc at least carter had 1 yd on a ko return. Sylve has 0 yards in college

no he was ineligible and was going to try and play for a team in florida.. cant recall which one.. but never enrolled and came to uno bc he can play there no matter what
he didnt put those numbers up against good competition at lsu. SLU scrimmaged them and he had like 9 points. He doing this at UNO not LSU.. Would you play him over ralson turner or aaron dotson.. i wouldnt.. i like the kid but i dont like this thread

I consider myself to be an expert.. as do most on here haha...
but honestly one major problem is the lack of talent baton rouge has produced in recent years.. Brady fed off or B.R. talent.. We are not building a team like kentucky bc we dont have ability to.. So programs like ours wont just become good over night. While i wish we were doing better this year, it will take time. Especially the amount of new comers playing this year. I believe in Trent Johnson. Im affiliated with a college basketball team so i know a little about how things work. But not an expert by any means lol

Chevis Jackson said to ESPN Matt flynn was huge reason to why lsu won 2007 national championship. Then they went on to talk about flynn having to play against patriots. Not word for word at all but kind of sums it up.
