I'll be honest, the way both of their Raiders tenure went, Russell as the #1 pick busting out of the league, and Kiffin the boy wonder coming off Carroll's USC staff failing in his first gig, it would be easy for both of them to not want to be reminded of that time period. It's good to see there's no lingering bad blood. Instead it looks like old friends reconnecting after 20 years
