The funny thing is everywhere else on this site he hates on the government/police. Apparently the only time where they are to be completely trusted is when they arrest an LSU player.

UPDATE (From Sports Today on 104.5): Hanagriff said Mills disputes how the girls lip became busted. He says Mills is claiming the two girls were in an argument, Mills got between the two girls to break it up, and accidentally hit the victim with his elbow while trying to break up the argument.

This! She was walking the frick away (in her words). He didn't want to answer the door or talk to her. Yet he now leaves his apt to pursue her and punch her for no apparent reason?
I'm telling you now, something happened that first time he opened the door.....there is provocation in their somewhere......by no way does it make it right to pursue her (if he did) and hit a woman, but there is simply no way he went from not wanting this chick around to tracking her down and punching her without something that made him change what his earlier actions show.
Edit: Just saw the update, now things are starting to make sense...but still why is there someone taking her side. Was there a friend with her? IF, and its a big if, she hit him first while he was breaking up the fight, there is a bright light at the end of this tunnel. Two ho's fighting over who gets the D is a much more understandable situation. Pimp slap needed to control the situation, lol

Mills is innocent until proven guiltiy but that's a reach for an inconsistency. Ground, floor, pavement...all the same thing. And yes, many apartments around LSU have concrete hallways between the units.

WTF. These guys have a wide open chance at life and cannot keep from acting like fricking savages? What in the fricking frick? I can't process the level of stupidity. Guy needs to be digging ditches then instead of multi-million dollar pro athlete.

i think you're overestimating how much investigation goes into a domestic violence case. jalen mills didn't cooperate with the investigator (he has this right), so all they had was her word against his and her visible wounds. they had enough to charge (which isn't a very high burden), so they did. in no way does that prove guilt or innocence.
