Trevor starting to do work and has 2 great WRs. Lawrence is the best qb that we may still play by a lot.

I think the reason why the Ole Miss QB had such success was because of a hurt line up. Go back and watch the 1 on 1 plays where it was Grant Delpit vs Plumlee. He gave up 3 scores, but he had that bad ankle that he was gimpy on.

Grant's been healthy and his tackling has gone up significantly, he can finally cut and has that range of motion back. I expect with another 3 weeks of resting up, our team will be fully healthy and will shut down those gaps that Plumlee was getting. No overextending this game. Bookmark it.

He presents the same matchup as Ole miss only he's more accurate than plum lee

Hurts isn't remotely close to plumlees speed

His wins (Tua was starter in one) came against an LSU team that scored 10 points total in 3 games.

Why don't you like the kid? He's a good kid everywhere he went. He doesn't scare me though. I remember at Bama, Aranda and Co basically shut him down but our offense was putrid. I think Stingley or Fulton will have multiple ints.........LSU 49-17.

LSU should be concerned about their run fits.

UGA runs a traditional RB dominant offense. OU runs the QB a whole bunch. And not just zone read. They use traditional run blocking schemes but run with Hurts.

The extra blocker isn't easy to account for by any team. Let alone one that has shown AT TIMES to be a bit unsound with their gaps.

I know it’s hard to reconcile with their respective pigments, but Plumlee is much faster straight line speed than Hurts.

There were a lot of things that led to him gashing us, but one of the big ones is I really think we just didn’t expect him to be that fast.

He put up all of 10 points against our No Offense in his last game in Tiger Stadium, and that was with the refs gifting him with 4 no holding calls on his TD run late.

Knowing that their D is not great, should the LSU offense play a controlled attack and keep the ball away from their offense? LSU should be able to score on literally almost all drives. If LSU scored too fast, could that run the risk of wearing down the LSU D in having to deal with the Oklahoma QB run oriented offense?

Hurts was scary because we knew if he went up 14 we were done.

New Tiger on the other sideline now.

Good thing LSU has 4 weeks to game plan, not to mention they already faced something similar and have learned from it.

Meanwhile the top defenses in the nation couldn’t figure out how to stop LSU’s offense. Good luck OU

Because of Bama’s offense they were able to protect him (and I mean protect him because of how good Bama’s run game was and a simplified passing game which only required him to make 1 read then run) OU’s offense doesn’t offer the same protections as Bama’s did... I’m really thinking Dave Aranda is coming with a blitz heavy scheme for OU
