I pray you’re right but I doubt it. The midterms will suffer BECAUSE Trump hasn’t taken the gloves off. Lots and lots of people voted for him to take out these criminals and not much has happened. Mostly because of corrupt judges but who cares charge them anyway and show us what they’ve done.

WATCH. Rocking Out “in the Free World,” with Millionaires, a Possible Billionaire and “Election Day” Activism

By night’s end at “Power to the People,” organizer Tom Morello introduces Bruce Springsteen as a “fellow freedom fighter.” Springsteen describes the “whistles and phones” of ICE Watch patrols targeting Trump administration official Stephen Miller and former Attorney General Kristi Noem over immigration enforcement before singing—and shouting—“ICE Out.”

Springsteen then reaches back to his classic anti-privilege song, “I Ain’t No Senator’s Son,” before joining Dave Matthews in a celebration of “rocking out in the free world.”

“Grandson” lashes out at “the billionaires” while performing alongside millionaires and an estimated billionaire in Springsteen.

Morello invokes Woody Guthrie, saying Guthrie knew that “every inch” of America was “stole from the Indigenous people,” before leading non-Native artists in “This Land Is Your Land.”

And while the festival features 22 nonprofits that aren’t supposed to engage in partisan politics or election activity, Morello makes the political objective explicit: The goal, he says, is to have an impact on “Election Day and beyond that.”

The night ends with Morello chanting, “Fists in the air, fists in the air,” Springsteen and the rest of the celebrity millionaire class beside him in a political rally dressed as a rock concert, with the fervor of a Red Party revival.

New documents first obtained by the Daily Caller suggest former special counsel Jack Smith may have misled lawmakers and the public regarding the pretext for his investigation into President Donald Trump’s retention of classified documents.

The documents reveal the National Archives’ internal watchdog did not consider its February 2022 message to the Justice Department (DOJ) about Trump’s possession of classified documents a criminal referral, contradicting Smith’s account of how the case began. The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Office of Inspector General (OIG) case report from February 2022, obtained by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, notes that its message to the Justice Department was a referral, but not a criminal referral.......

Compelling evidence of intentionality

“The appointments clause of the Constitution requires for principal officers, which we argue that Jack Smith was, that they have to be appointed by the president and confirmed by the Senate. Neither one of those things happen, even if he was an inferior officer, John, Congress still, under the appointments clause, has to create the position for him to fill. And Congress never created the special counsel position. This is something Merrick Garland came up with on his own. So this whole investigation, this whole Arctic Frost investigation, to the extent that Jack Smith was involved, was polluted by this unlawful, unconstitutional appointment,” Chenoweth said.

Jack Smith Came for Trump. Now the Receipts Are Coming for Jack Smith.

This one of the greatest things I've ever seen. I'm surprised more wasn't made of it here.

I have always felt a lot of what we have been waiting on would show up, if necessary, around the mid-term election. Even the oil transport through the Strait of Trump is better now than it was before we killed all of the Iranian leaders and destroyed their military in the first 72 hours of engagement with the IRGC.

Smith is an excellent lawyer and ethical prosecutor. Those protests were about governmental abuse of power. Smith is on the right side of that issue…
