Baseball sucks. Why do we spend any money on it at all?

He got what he wanted last year. He wanted the bullpens out of play. It was done.

It's time to do a little something for the fans.

If he keeps winning natties at this clip they can put us back in the old Box for all I care.

Contact TAF and talk to a representative about designating where your donation will go. Mine goes exclusively to baseball. The problem is that all donations go into the same pool as far as determining priority points.

It's possible to win natinal titles at a high clip and care about your fans at the same time. We've all heard the stories, Skip used to send an assistant coach into the crowd to ask if the hot chocolate was hot. He wanted to know if the nachos were crisp and not stale. Skip built this fan base not only with winning, but by giving the fans an enjoyable day at the ball park.

Alex Box Stadium is near the bottom of the SEC for fan comfort. It's time to fix that.

He's been wanting this since he got here. They have plans drawn up for it already.

How about we improve the seating at Alex Box before we worry about a billion dollar indoor practice facility

Yes, your seat is a lot more important than the players having a place to develop

Yes, Paul Skenes, Dylan Crews, and Kade Anderson all underdeveloped here and lost money in the draft because of it. Right?

We already have an indoor facility.

Tear down the stands, sell it for scrap, use the money to build JJ whatever he wants if that’s what it takes. I’ll be fine watching us win nattys in my lawn chair from the parking lot.

because the fans keep selling out games and that's never been a problem. He's always going to focus more energy on the players' luxuries because he wants to keep bringing in the very best every year, and it's an arms race with providing that to the players.

Jay brought the fans 2 national titles the last 3 seasons. He can do whatever he wants as far as I'm concerned.

Figure this out Verge, reward performance and JJ has delivered.

Jay was made the highest paid coach in college baseball in the offseason

He's asking for major projects every, single year. Money is finite. How much does this new indoor facility that he wants cost?

What Arkansas built/is building cost 25 million but their indoor facility cost was also part of an entire build which included a clubhouse which we already have (theirs also doubles as a T&F facility)

Dude, the new Box has the issues it has because of areas Skip went cheap. The bleachers from the old Box being brought in, for example

I’ll stand, on one leg, for nine innings every game for more titles. Those are all I need as a fan.

Jay cares much more about his players having the best facilities and rev share/NIL. This AD looks meh last 5 years without JJ.

I’m on board for giving Jay and the players whatever they want. I know I’m in the minority but I love Alex Box and the aluminum bleachers. I actually prefer not sitting in the chair backs. My only complaint is not having Miller Lite.

He will not find a place that has more dedicated fans/support for baseball than LSU.

But he may find a place that will pay him more… just like what players are doing !
